Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at and describe the problem as completely as possible. We will determine whether you need a replacement or a refund. If approved for a refund, a credit for the amount of your purchase will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
